Singapore starts a five -year study of depression

This study will track one’s life to see how the symptoms and seriousness of depression and seriousness of depression will evolve over time. This includes 1,229 individuals who have been diagnosed with depression and the same number of controls without state.

MDD is the most widespread mental disorder in Singapore, as shown in the survey. According to the most recent nationwide data from Singapore’s mental health studies in 2016, about 6.3%of the country has a condition at some point.
