Boston, MA-MA-Healthy foods with low intake of healthy animal foods or low-level intake, and lower intensity of super strength foods, as they reached the age of 70 years of age without major chronic diseases. The researchers have used the data from nurses’ health and health professionals to investigate middle-aged diets and final health results of women and men over 39-69 years old for 30 years. Participants regularly completed this questionnaire, and the researchers said that the participants had eight healthy foods (Ahei) patterns (AHEI), alternative healthy eating habits (AMED), and high blood pressure (DASH), this approach (DASH), neurodegeneration (HPDI) (HPDI) (HPDI) (HPDI) We have regularly completed this approach (AMED), excessive eating habits (AMED), and dietary approach to stop the Mediterranean-DOSH intervention (HPDI) for (HPDI) (HPDI). According to this study, 9.3% (9,771 participants) of the research population are scheduled to be healthy. Matching one of the patterns of health was associated with individual areas, including overall healthy aging and cognition, physical and mental health.
Healthy diet was Ahei developed to prevent chronic diseases. Participants who participated in the highest 5 quartile of the AHEI score had 86% more likely to aging in 70 years, and the health status was 2.2 times higher in 75 than the lowest 5 quartiles of the Ahei score. The Ahei diet reflects a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans and healthy fat, red and processed meat, sugar sweet drinks, sodium and refined grain. Another major diet for healthy aging was PHDI considering human and environmental health by emphasizing vegetable foods and minimizing animal food.
The high intake of super processed foods, especially processed meat and sugar and diet beverages, was associated with low possibility of healthy aging.
Marta Guasch-perré, an associate professor of public health at the University of Harvard CHAN School, said, “Since maintaining active and independently is the priority of both individuals and public health. It suggests that this pattern is rich in vegetable foods that include animal foods, which can help to promote overall healthy aging and to help form a guideline.
“According to our study, Anne-Julie Tessier, an assistant professor of the Montreal Heart Institute of Montreal Heart Tessier said, “According to our research, we can adapt to individual needs and preferences.
This study has some limitations that the research population is only composed of health experts. The researchers pointed out that copying research among the population with various socioeconomic status and ancestors will provide additional insights to generalization of the results.
