The focus of YAFFO is in the bold Mediterranean flavor, fresh ingredients and beautifully plated dishes. The entire menu is still evolving, but the restaurant can expect familiar staples, such as baked meat, fresh salads, and slow -cooked mains injected.
The new restaurant is based on MOSHE’s cooking reputation in Riviera Maya region, which is famous for Moshe CUBE’s sense of Israeli and rapidly casual Cosher. YAFFO enhances experience and offers more luxurious meals in a comfortable environment. It is suitable for Sabbath meals, family dinner and destination resorts.
The exact menu item has not been released yet, but those who are familiar with MOSHE’s previous ventures can expect the following delicious Mediterranean favorites.
- Baked branches with Tahini and pomegranate
- Za’ATAR and fresh baked pya with dip made at home
- Moroccan salmon or schnisel variant
- Beef kebab and slow stew
- Sabbath meals are available with reservations.
