At the beginning of his journey, Moscato expressed his optimism about the challenge, but soon recognized that he had underestimated the difficulties. MOSCATO reported that the benefits and body fat of 6 pounds of muscle mass decreased from 16%to 14.6%. His weight decreased from 208 pounds to 202 pounds, and he pointed out that he was much more tone. Testosterone levels also increased from 748 to 800 and the insulin levels were low. Overall, he described his health indicators as “good” and the iron levels are quite high.
