Texas parent, who became the first measles in the United States in 10 years, had an interview with an unprecedented health claim.
The couple argues that measles are good for the body and urge parents not to give MMR vaccines, reducing the risk of reducing measles by 97 %.

Peter said in a previous interview that measles are common to their community. Their religious doctrine does not ban vaccines, but many of them are suspicious of their efficacy.
MMR vaccines are considered to be 97 %effective for measles.
If there is no vaccination, measles kill one in one in 1,000 people due to complications such as pneumonia or brain swelling.
The CDC said in a statement last month, ‘vaccination is the best defense of measles infection.’
Kaylee’s parents said they are still opposed to MMR vaccines despite their daughter’s death.
Kaylee’s mother said:
Measles were not so bad. (Other children) have overcome it quite quickly. And Dr. Edwards was there for us. ‘
