Phenajo pyridine is a drug that can be purchased without prescriptions used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIS). Known as brand name AZI or URISTATat, this product is widely used in the United States and can be purchased in stores such as local pharmacies or targets and Walmart. The only problem is that Phena Popiridin is not an FDA approval and can cause cancer.1
Blurry
The drug has not been approved by FDA because it is longer than other OTC drugs than the FDA’s official approval rules. Since no prescription is needed, a person with a UTI can enter the pharmacy and buy it without knowing whether it is safe.1
In general, it is effective, but the drug can slow down or die in a sufficient amount of dose or use it for a long time. According to Bloomberg News, some doctors have recommended Pena Zidin without fully understanding the risk, so it is especially dangerous to approach these products.
Pena Popiridine’s Cancer Link
1978 studies showed that the tumor occurring in the laboratory rat and the mouse was exposed to this product. Recently, the report of the National Toxic Science Program has been pointed out:2
There is no explicit warning label that warns consumers outside the box.
Aaron Kesselheim, a professor of medical medicine at Harvard Medical College, said: “If the pharmacy (Penazes pyridine and other) can be used, people assume that the FDA is supervised, but unfortunately, it is not for these unfortunate drugs.”1
The role of women and dental experts at risk
It is used to treat UTI, so Pena Zoopyridin can be purchased and consumed by more than 100 million women. The Urology Care Foundation reported that 60%of American women consumed at least one UTI for the lifetime.3

As millions of potentially exposed, the risk of phenato pyridine emphasizes the important gap between consumer perception and regulatory supervision. As a preliminary medical service provider, dental experts have a unique opportunity to educate patients about the risk of microorganisms.
