Nebraska deserves more than $ 3 million from opioid drug manufacturers.

Lincoln, NEB (KOLN) -The Secretary of Justice Nebraska was announced nationwide with eight drug manufacturers who manufactured the Opioid Pills on Friday.

All eight defendants agreed to proceed with a signing period for local governments. Nebraska deserves more than $ 3 million as a result of this agreement.

  • HIKMA: $ 95,818,293 paid over 1-4 years
  • Yangbijang: $ 71,751,010 has been paid for 10 years
  • Apotex: $ 63,682,369 in 1 year
  • INDIVIOR: $ 38,022,450 has been paid over 4 years.
  • Sun: $ 30,992,087 has been paid over 1-4 years.
  • ALVOGEN: $ 18,680,162 in 1 year
  • Zydus: $ 14,859,220 in 1 year

Some agreements are allowed to receive free pharmaceutical products or cash instead of this product.

Seven companies that do not contain reasons can not promote or market opioid and opioid products, and they can create or sell products that contain more than 40 mg of oxicodon per pill, and have a monitoring and reporting system for suspicious orders.

INDIVIOR has agreed not to manufacture or sell Opioid products for the next 10 years, but we will continue to market and sell drugs to treat opioid use disorders.

This agreement has been negotiated with North Carolina, California, Colorado, Illinoi, New York, Origan, Tennessee, Utah and Virginia.
