Alex Clark, the host of the Arizona -based health and wellness podcast “Culture ApoTheCary”, recently shared a protein -packed smash with 418,000 Instagram followers.
Clark says “Beauty Smoothie”, full of beauty supplements, from collagen powder to Camu-camu berry plants. (See the video at the top of this article.)

Clark uses unique ingredients in the morning drink.
Powder bone broth protein is just one of the protein powder used to make a smoothie.
