“Local politics are stressful enough, but the divisions at national and international levels are different,” Dr Stuart Fischer told the Daily Mail.
Fischer went on to say that people who previously loved Musk are now quite angry with him, emphasizing that it’s “very exhausting” and that he also has a business to manage.
Fisher acknowledged that stress was a major cause of Musk’s decline in appearance, despite not physically evaluating or treating him.

Is Musk under a lot of stress?
He claimed that Musk showed a “fresher face” during his speech at the Republican National Convention in July 2024.
“I don’t think he was ready for the tremendous stress of being thrust into the middle of international politics over the last few years,” he said.
Fisher said the exposure, tension and surveillance seemed to have aged him both mentally and physically, adding: “When you’re stressed and you don’t sleep well and you don’t eat well, it only gets worse.”
In February, NBC reviewed Musk’s political activity over the past two years and found that he supported right-wing governments and political movements in at least 18 countries and six continents. According to NBC, his actions are part of a concerted effort to drastically reduce immigration and limit business regulations.
Musk’s stance as a global representative of the far right has angered lawmakers and even some members of his family, who have voiced opposition to his comments and said they want to cut ties with him going forward.
