Woodson is not equally generated by all processed foods, but shared the difference between minimal processing, processing and ultra -processed foods.

“For example, many customers, if the budget is limited, they are looking for shopping like a dollar shop, a dollar type type.
Woodson also said most people spent processed foods for time.
“You can imagine that you are a working mother and what do you have? It takes 30 minutes to feed your family and you can put something in the microwave and oven. It makes it extremely.”
But there are options for healthier options for shopping people with fixed income, listening to podcasts and listening to their suggestions.
