The advantage of drinking dairy products for lifetime is more than just bones.

Dairy milk remains a beneficial part of diet for a lifetime, but the level of individual tolerance may be different, Heckler said.

Heckler pointed out that dairy milk without dairy is still an alternative to the same essential nutrients.
