Putra Jaya, May 4 -Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) announced today that it has submitted documents necessary for the walk of protests scheduled for the protest in Put La Jaya on May 6.
MMA Private Vice Chairman Datuk Dr. Dr. Parmjit Singh Kullip Singh said the walkway that deals with the government’s new medical price transparency policy will be legally proceeded unless the objection occurs.
“We want to repeat that the doctor is not opposed to price transparency, but is strongly opposed to how to use it for medical professionals,” he said in the statement.
He said that the association of other doctors would attend the meeting and handed it to the prime minister’s office.
The MMA previously opposed the use of non -medical laws (price control and non -profit system 2011) (law 723) for medical practitioners.
It said that in 1998, it prefers the pharmaceutical price transparency law according to personal health care facility and service method (ACT 586).
This protest also begins to deal with the 33 -year identity of the (GP) consultation cost of individual openings.
The essential exhibition of pharmaceutical prices in personal medical facilities implemented in accordance with the Act 723 was implemented on May 1 in accordance with the joint announcement of the Ministry of Health and the domestic trade and living expenses.
