Take a look at the video here.

Chris talked about how to write freestyle, transcendence, monopoly, and costello methods. He also mentioned that Jon Hopkins’ music helped him. The methods that help mental health are as follows.

Freeped writing- This includes continuous writing about thoughts and feelings without worrying about grammar or structure. Studies show that you can relieve symptoms of depression by allowing individuals to express and face their feelings.

Transcendence meditation- This quiet mantra meditation can greatly reduce stress, anxiety and depression when practicing for 15-20 minutes. This practice encourages a comfortable warning state that can improve emotional welfare.

Monopoly-based therapy- Monopoly refers to the ability of the body to detect the position and movement in space. Treatment focusing on monopoly often includes physical activity that often improves body awareness. These activities can stimulate the nervous system and cause better emotional control.

Costello method- This place developed by Dr. JIM Costello is a exercise -based treatment that emphasizes healing through physical activity rather than traditional dialogue therapy. It focuses on using body movement to affect the mental state.

It is important to find professional help if you or someone you know show signs of depression.
