Asia Award for Southeast Asian as a public health champion

The local director of the WHO Southeast Asia won the WHO Southeast Asia Award as a public health champion, acknowledging and respecting the excellent contribution to the improvement of public health in the region. This prestigious statue aims to recognize individuals and institutions that have a significant impact on the results of public health.

The proposed winners will be individuals (public health experts, academics, activists, changes producers), non -governmental or government assistants (universities, research institutes, think tanks, etc.), and health care facilities (government and non -governmental governments), which has had an important impact and guaranteed health gains from member states and regions.

Winners must meet one or more of the following criteria.

  1. The previously neglected public health problems were continuously advocated and creation to promote roadmaps for reduction and meaningful response worldwide.

Selection criteria:

The award -winning committee uses the following selection criteria.
