  • Feeling angry or annoying: Add chamomile tea to your daily life.
  • Low or sad feelings: Add bananas or omega -3 sources such as walnuts or flaxes to increase the level of serotonin and increase your mood.
  • It is not focused and feels foggy: add an antioxidant with green tea and increase your brain health with walnuts.
