People with measles traveled to DC last week, and health officials warned on Tuesday.
The diagnosed person traveled to several DCs during its infectious, including AMTRAK trains, officials said.
They warned of the potential exposure of this location and time.

It was not clear whether DC measles patients traveled internationally or were vaccinated.
Last month, Texas health officials announced that children who were not vaccinated died of measles and announced their first US measles in 10 years.
In 2024, there were 285 measles in the United States, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. 89%of them were not vaccinated.
For a few weeks in the DC region, we have seen two measles in Prince George County and two measles in Howard County. Health officials said these patients traveled internationally.
Dr. Glenn Wortmann, director of the epidemic director of Medstar Washington Hospital Center, said health authorities are tracking the spread of high -infectious diseases.
“This is much more extensive in the community than we have seen in the past, and the way it doesn’t happen is to increase the vaccination rate.”
