Abstract
VAT design is a series of new ways for efficient clinical design design to maximize the expected population health for the money spent. This includes an adaptive data collection process that takes into account health technology evaluation decisions for the expected value and cost efficiency of research costs, data collection information.
This topic relies on effective evidence -based treatment strategies compared to alternative arbitration, so it is important for clinical trials practiced in public funding medical systems. Thus, more efficient and accurate research provided by VAT design can affect the actual determination and implementation of the treatment provided by the National Health Service (NHS). This provides the potential to save the cost of research, bring better technologies to the patient faster and reduce the number of patients who are randomly assigned to the exam.
This article assesses the opportunity to review this new methodology, summarize the recent method of methodology, and improve the efficiency of the test that publicly supports funds. It also discusses the steps that applicants, clinical, test teams, public and medical decision makers can take this method to successfully deploy this method.
