What I learned by attempting this daily life
I tend to splash among the same online yoga instructors for my practice (ADRIENE and yoga,,, Birds and yoga and Chelsea Jackson Roberts.))
Sticking a familiar face reduces the time to easily track my progress and spend it in searching for routines.
But Senesi is a yoga instructor I haven’t come before.
Testing his mobility class, I injected some vitality into my daily life, introducing new movements and emphasizing the limitations of movement.
When I copied his spinal twist and lungs, I knew that my right was much harder than the left.
Senesi is recommended to complete this stretch session once or twice. However, I have doubled the action of opening the right side using extra time.
I can’t say that I have seen a big difference at the level of rigidity all day, but I have to repeat this daily life regularly to see that kind of advantage.
It has shown that changing my practice will help to coordinate my body, so I’m trying to find other teachers that I can follow.
