In addition to the aforementioned stress factors, VHAs are raised as salary restrictions, strict regulatory processes and other constraints. To further investigate the recruitment of VHA doctors Partnerin Evidence -based Policy Resources Center (PEPREC) We evaluated the relationships of the time required to fill the doctor -based salary and open position.
