Tulsa County’s mental health service is solving some confusion after three major clinics in Oklahoma Management and Corporate Service (OMES) on Thursday.
The notice was sent to Grand Mental Health and Creoks Health Services and stated that the contract with the provider would end on May 10, 2025.
The state also tried to send this letter to family and children’s services, but was delivered to Gale La Physis, former president and CEO who retired in 2023.
