Most of the contents of the appearance are cookies, the flagship product of Crumbl. But Crumbl announced the first “gluten -friendly” dessert in the form of chocolate cake without flour.
Chocolate cake recipes without flour are mainly made of chocolate, sugar, eggs and butter, which is basically rich and no gluten. Some recipes, such as Torta Caprese, can be used as binders like almonds. Inspired by Kourtney Kardashian, this cake is made without gluten-containing ingredients, so it is marked with gluten-friendly and sugar is not purified. However, it is inevitable that the crumbl cannot be guaranteed that there is no cross contact because it is inevitable that the flour is always prepared in the kitchen where it exists. This means that the cake is not necessarily a celiac disease -friendly product.

Since the interpretation of Crumbl is slightly away from the beating path, do not expect a classic flour chocolate cake, thinking of the cross between pudding, brownies and cakes.
