Zepbound, the latest US Wonder Drug, is very effective in losing weight loss. The drug is currently used by millions of people (about 70%of Americans overweight) and contributes to improving the health of the country. Drug therapy users who inhibit appetite usually lose 10% -20% of their weight after taking a shot. This miracle drug is reducing the lost life in obesity, heart disease, cancer and stress, and millions of Americans can be more active and better about themselves.

But today there is no tribe. The FDA moved these weight loss drugs from the shortage list, but provided 60-90 days of complex pharmacy to stop drug production.

This is a secretive gift that compensates for the knock on millions of dollars (mainly Chinese). The same FDA, which delays drug approval endlessly, offers a free pass for counterfeit drugs.

Copycat drugs can save consumers’ money in the short term. But this can be fatal to the social costs of the signals sent to the pharmaceutical industry. In areas such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, brain cancer and epilepsy, it will cause the delay and defense of medical research needed urgently.

Tomas Philipson at the University of Chicago proved that drug price control to maintain low costs has been killed more people than to reduce the development of new drugs and save more people in the long run. PHILIPSON concluded that “as it is currently performed, theorem reduces the new innovation market in violation of the monopoly given by the patent.”

The FDA should block access to these fake and unauthorized drugs and allow normal patent procedures to work to protect our intellectual property. Patent protection has made the United States a major disease combatant in the world, and will speed up with the next -generation life -saving drugs.
