Take this breath: Mindfulness and public health

Spread the love

I heard from many people that my story, the Sated Wind, helped them. I am pleased because it is a point of sharing. This morning, the next poem came to me, and you can read it on the story, but you can read it in a different way. So I share it in the same spirit as I shared the wind.

It’s as if it’s as if it’s like the last one
Seasonal, circulation
The storm stopped
stillness
Start again

The back story and where it leads to you can surprise you.

It was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it was as if it were as if it were as if it were as if it were a “official” meditation session. How do you send your last breath?

What do you do if it doesn’t focus on your heart? I knew it helped me to reach. me I just went. If you are meditation, try it.

When I wake up every morning, I spend 10 minutes or sometimes tens of minutes in my meditation. This is less formal, as it is less planned, but meditation can take several forms (for example, swimming, jogging, walking, and cooking can be all meditation). My heart is now dreaming and flexible. Like a gift, meaningful things come to me almost every day. Today, it is time for this poem.

Is it associated with TIE, a blog on health care, health policies, and health services, whether Ishi or wind blows? First of all, there was always a quarter of life. I do not apologize for posting on my blog. But there are more things.

Ishi and the story come from mindfulness/meditation practice. For me, I am a vulnerable to entering the heart space that is interested in the present and creative, playful, and personally. In that spirit, I will share that the role of mindfulness in public health as well as personal health has begun to be dawn. This may not be a new idea. In fact, I hope it is not.

Most readers of this blog will recognize toxicity in our culture, institutions, environments, habits and in general. Most of the things are too fast, too harsh, inhuman, too indifferent, not too connected, and do not think too much.

Of course, you can help you all of it as well as your mind. But it is like treating one patient with asthma caused by asthma caused by contamination when a problem is contaminated. Is there a public health access to mindfulness? I don’t know. Perhaps others are already thinking about this. I want to find a place I can do until my life and energy are allowed.

If you see the way I think I’m looking for, contact me. It is definitely related to this blog.
