Southeast Asia’s physical activity conference 2025 is an international event that focuses on promoting fair opportunities for physical activity in all sectors of society. It will be held from November 5 to 7, 2025 at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Center in Centralworld, Bangkok, Thailand.

Purpose and theme:

The most important theme of SEAPAC 2025 is “Union Movement: Collective Action for Equity of Physical Activities.” Its core purpose is to work together to create a more active and healthy society for various stakeholders.

This meeting will explore the four main pillars of the combined movement.

  • collaboration: Partnership with organizations and stakeholders to create comprehensive physical activity programs and policies.
  • completion: Community -based initiative adjustment to promote physical activity.
  • advocacyA: raises awareness of fair approaches to physical activity and affects policies.
  • engagement: Encourage the participation of various community groups.

In order to further visualize and emphasize the comprehensive application scope of the “Uniting Movement” theme, the meeting will deal with important sub -themes of various population groups. The sub -themes of policies, surveillance/situations, arbitration, technical innovation and best practices will be deeply explored to all ages, including pregnancy and postpartum, infants, childhood, youth, labor adults, the elderly, and vulnerable population (minimum activity).

  • March 17, 2025: Symposium and workshop submission deadlines
  • April 17, 2025: Notification of Symposia and Workshop
  • July 30, 2025: Green submission deadline by July 30, 2025
  • August 14, 2025: Notification of regular green
