PEPREC’s FY24 population -based manpower guidelines

As the Veterans’ population increases and the demand for health care develops, VA (Veterans Affairs) is faced with important workforce problems. In response 2022 Agreement ActThe VA, which mainly expanded the nursing approach to Veterans who were exposed to military toxins such as burn pits, began to evaluate the level of employees in the VA Medical Center (VAMC).

In order to support this parliamentary requirements, in cooperation with VA human resources and administration Alliance Evidence -based Policy Resources Center (PEPREC) Developed a population -based manpower guideline for fiscal year 2024.

This guideline provides a data -oriented approach that helps VAMC helps to evaluate the current and future employee needs so that VAMC can approach the treatment of Veterans.
