Omega -3, vitamin D and exercise have been proven to slow aging.

You can’t avoid getting older, but the researchers may have found a simple way to slow down. According to recent clinical trials, omega -3 fatty acids, vitamin D and regular intensity exercises can work together to reduce biological aging. Scientists have discovered these results after measuring the chemical changes of nearly 800 adults over 70 years of age over three years.

Understanding biological aging

Biological age is different from chronology. The biological age explains how quickly the age of cells and institutions by reflecting overall health more accurately. Researchers track this by tracking DNA methylation, a natural process that affects the way genes behave. Changes in DNA methylation patterns, known as epigenetic genetic clocks, show whether the body is aging faster than actual age.

Scientists have developed multiple types of epigenetic watches and provide a unique view of each aging. The phenomenon, the cruelty, the cruelty 2 and the dunedInpace are one of the most advanced methods and accurately predict the health risks related to aging, such as disease and death.

The therapeutic effects of vitamin D, omega -3 and Shep are combined individually and in a combination of changes in DNAM measurements for up to three years from the baseline.

According to HEIKE BISCHOFF-Perrari, a senior researcher, “there is no generally allowed gold standard for measuring the biological era.

Large research provides reliable data

Do-Health Trial led by the International Research Institute Zurich UniversityWe examined the effects of regular exercise on the effects of vitamin D, omega -3 and the slowing of biological aging. The study included 777 healthy and physically active elderly from Switzerland. Participants performed 2,000 international vitamins D and algae, one grams of omega -3 grams, regular intensity exercises, or combined these treatments.

Most of the participants were in the mid -70s and almost 60%were women. They were backed by blood tests three years later. Scientists used this sample to measure changes in biological age with four epigenetic genetic clocks.

This test is one of the largest scale performed to test these specific treatments. The initial research suggests the benefits, but no one has tested this intervention in a detailed and controlled way. According to Bischoff-Perrari, “This result inspired to measure the direct impact of these three therapies on the biological aging process of Swiss Do-Health participants.”

Promising discovery of omega -3 treatment

As a result, omega -3 fatty acids were outstanding as a clear profit. Participants who take omega -3 supplements have slowed biological aging in various watches and have a healthy aging for up to four months in three years. This positive effect was consistently maintained regardless of gender, age or weight.

However, the benefits have increased significantly when omega -3 supplements are combined with vitamin D and robbery. In particular, the phenomenon watch showed that biological aging provided the greatest slowdown by using all three approaches. This combination has resulted in an additional three -month protective effect of omega -3 treatment.

“These results expand the previous discovery of Do-Health Study,” said Bischoff-Perrari. These three elements have had the greatest impact on slowing the biological aging process by reducing the risk of cancer and preventing early weakness for three years. “

It supports the evidence of previous research

This latest study shows some other health benefits based on the initial research results of Do-Health Project. Omega -3 alone showed an infection by 13% and a 10% decrease among the elderly. Combination, vitamin D, omega -3 and exercise have a stronger effect and reduced 61% reduction in invasive cancer and 39%.

Small -scale observation research and animal tests also support the idea that omega -3 fatty acids and vitamin D can slow aging. In particular, vitamin D was previously related to improving immune function, muscle strength and inflammation. Physical activity is well known for its overall health and longevity and improving strength, flexibility and metabolism.

Why this treatment works together

Each treatment (OMEGA-3, Vitamin D and Movement) reduces biological aging through other biological paths. Omega -3 fatty acids fight inflammation and improve cell membrane health. Vitamin D strengthens bones, increases immunity, and the body resists the disease. Regular exercise contributes to the overall aging by improving muscle strength, cardiovascular health and metabolism.

These treatments combined gain greater benefits because they work in complementary ways. As Bischoff-Perrari explained, “Each measurement works through another mechanism that complements each other, and combined with the overall effect.”

Limit and the next step

Despite these promising discoveries, researchers admit to some limitations. Participants were mostly Switzerland and are physically active, which are healthier than the normal population. Therefore, the results may be different for individuals with less active adults or various backgrounds.

To better understand how extensive these results are applied, researchers plan to analyze the data of the entire Do-Health Study, including more than 2,100 participants in several European countries, including Germany, France, Austria and Portugal. Bischoff-Perrari emphasizes future research as “explaining the diversity of genetics and lifestyles.”

In addition, the team is trying to improve biological age measurements because the epigenetic genetic clock remains relatively new. In progress Global health range extension consortium The goal is to use Do-Health results to verify new aging biomarkers worldwide.

How can these discoveries affect your life?

No one can stop aging completely, but this study has been published in the journal. Natural agingIt provides strong evidence that simple lifestyle adjustments can slow biological aging meaningfully. Integrating omega -3 supplements, vitamin D and basic muscle training in everyday life can help you to improve your quality of life as you get older as well as age.

Bischoff-Perrari emphasizes the actual effects of the results. “These simple interventions can improve health, delay disease, and extend the healthy life of many elderly people.”

As research continues, science can provide a clear guideline for a smaller and more elegant age through small changes that can be small and achieved, regardless of the background.
