New York (WRGB) – New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a lawsuit with 20 states to challenge new federal regulations to eliminate the scope of medical insurance from millions of Americans. The lawsuit argues that the rules introduced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (HHS), Medicare and Medicide Service Center (CMS) violate federal law and impose a legitimate burden on state and residents.

This new rules are illegal and dangerous attacks on health care approaches. It aims to take off the working family, impose unnecessary red tapes, and intentionally aim for low -income and transgender Americans.
The rules that will enter into force in August are expected to remove the scope of insurance applications up to 2 million people immediately, according to the administration’s estimates. The public registration period will be shortened, the registration of low -income individuals is removed, and a wide range of documents and verification requirements are imposed. It also imposes illegal monthly rates for consumers who can restrict automatic registration and accommodate zero-Bola premium plans.
The ACA Marketplace, which has reduced interest rates from 11%to 4.8%, warns that new rules can lead to 12,000 New York residents to lose their health insurance and increase their insurance premiums.
James, Minister of Justice and Union are emptying this to prevent the main part of this rule from entering and ultimately prevent financial and public health results.
