This video shows the amazing physical change before and after. In his video, Shubhasish shares that many people are not sure that they can complete this trip. However, due to the diet and the change of overall lifestyle, SHUBHASISH gained impressive results. He talked about patience and consistency, saying, “I had a day when I ate a lot of food or missed the gym, but don’t win too much. It’s a mind game.”

1. The daily calorie intake of SHUBHASISH was 1600 ~ 1800 calories. He cut off all the sweet drinks/soda and drank only water and coke.
2. He replaced most carbohydrates with fruits and vegetables and protein intake. There is no alcohol.
3. He has been training 4-5 times a week with a push full leg split. He took 12,000 steps every day for Cardio.
