Does Ozempic affect your health?
SUMAN explained that the drug had some ‘side effects’ when asked if the tendency to take Ozempic and Mounjaro could actually affect our health. For example, when eating, if you have a balanced meal, you usually come out of the stomach in three hours.
However, taking the drug can extend the three -hour window to 4, 5 or 6 hours. So the food remains in the stomach for a long time. “As a result, I’m not hungry. If I’m not hungry, I eat less,” she added.

According to the nutritionist, if we eat less or have a balanced meal, it will lead to muscle loss. “If you lose your muscles with your muscles as well as weight loss, what is this?
