Michigan officially reported measles in the state.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare (MDHHS) and the Oakland County Health Division confirmed the first measles in Auckland County on March 14.

The department announced a separate onset after three cases were confirmed at Mont Kalm County on April 17.

MONTCALM COUNTY is said to be related to the larger outbreak in Ontario, Canada.

MDHS has confirmed that there is no new public exposure site to be reported as of April 17.
