Healthy Gen Zers and Millennials are increasing demand for foods containing protein, from cottage cheese to chicken breasts and tuna.
According to a national survey of 2,200 Savanta on OCADO Retail, almost half of the British adults increased their protein intake last year, but rose to two -thirds of all between 16 and 34 years old.
