The day of the world is observed every year to raise awareness of liver diseases on April 19. It is also recommended to adopt a healthier lifestyle selection that helps individuals to prevent liver diseases. The theme of World Liges Day 2025 is ‘food is about’.
The liver plays an important role in keeping you healthy. It filters toxins, helps digestion, stores energy, regulates the immune system. However, if you are stressed or not in good shape, you may have a sign of something wrong. At this stage, the initial perception is important in relation to the enormous impact on diagnosis and treatment, but in this stage.
These are eight signs of watching:
1. fatigue -If you sleep well and eat well, you can always feel tired or drainage and the liver doesn’t work well. Fatigue is a common symptom of liver pain, but inconspicuous.

5. Neighbor or vomiting -No continuous vomiting or nausea that is present in most diseases but not noticeable.
6. Easy bleeding or bruise -The liver helps to create proteins that help blood clotting. If you are damaged, you can see that blood is easily bleeding or bruised.
7. Itching or itchy skin Repeating itch without rash can be caused by accumulating bile salts in secondary skin.
8. Swelling -This can occur in serious liver disease due to fluid accumulation or circulation damage.
What you can do
If one of the above symptoms occurs, you must visit the doctor. You can use tests such as liver function tests or imaging to identify problems early.
To eat a healthy liver, eat a balanced diet, exercise every day, limit excessive alcohol consumption, and refrain from treating unnecessary drugs or self. Early treatment is a long way to prevent serious liver disease.
