Why is it important
GLUTE muscles are important for many daily movements, such as hip extensions, standing straight and walking and climbing, Mansour explained. In particular, gluteus medium stabilizes hip joints and facilitates pelvic rotation.
If you don’t use this muscles enough, you can cause dead hip syndrome, which can cause weaknesses and smaller movements in your hips. You can also create squats and other exercises with less effective buttocks.
