Global 50/50 is an independent research and initiative that strives to develop gender equality and health equality. Founded in 2017 with Global Health 50/50, it connects evidence and behavior by combining academic strictness, policy insights and advocacy. This work has influenced more than 200 world health organizations and set a benchmark for equality and responsibility. The world’s 50/50 vision expands beyond health, and exposes systematic inequality throughout three pillars: global health 50/50, 50/50 (2025 release) and global finance 50/50 (2026).
2025 Global 50/50 Report
According to this eighth annual report, the promise of the organization and policy for the fairness and equity of the workplace have been remarkably stagnant. It reminds us that the fragile interests of the past few years are long and inevitable, including sex justice.

- This year’s Global Health 50/50 report includes 199 organizations in 37 countries representing 4m+ staff.
