Philadelphia,,, April 22, 2025 / Prnewswire/ -High blood pressure or hypertension affects more than 1 billion people around the world. Many of them are prescribed as a bread and/or angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) known as the anjiotensin-crystal enzyme inhibitors (ACEIS), but hypertension remains uncontrolled to most people with disease, which requires other cheap treatment.
Now in the open research High blood pressure researchresearcher Pen And Penn Medicine has investigated the benefits of adding oral ACE2, which seems to have a positive effect on the injectable form of RAS metabolic diseases.
“This enzyme (ACE2) also adjusts high blood pressure and heart disease.” Henry DaniwellProfessor WD Miller of Penn Dental Medicine. But he said no one saw the relationship between the drug and ACE2.
The RAS pathway causes the release of Lenin when the blood pressure falls, which regulates the blood pressure. Lenin converts Anjiotens Sino Gen to Anziotensin I, which ace is converted to vascular contraction chain anjiotensin II. ACE inhibitors and ARBs have low blood pressure by acting at different stages of this process: ACE inhibitors inhibit the formation of angiotensin II, while ARB blocks the ability to bind to receptors. ACE2 reduces the level of angiotensin II by converting the angiotensin II level to Anjiotensin 1-7 (ANG1-7) by promoting blood vessel expansion and reducing blood pressure.
In this study, Daniel and colleagues were based on their Transfer Lettuce-based plants-use a capsule system to assess the oral delivery of ACE2 in dogs with myxomatous mitral disease. Importantly, these dogs have also increased systolic blood pressure treated with Ace and/or ARB.
What they found surprised them. “The first surprise was that the first surprise was that we suppressed the enzyme (ACE2) we provide from the dogs of the ACE inhibitor.” And the second surprise? ARBS has increased the angiotensin II pool. Daniel points out that this is two things you don’t want to do when you try to lower your blood pressure. He said good news is that not all ACEI drugs have inhibited ACE2 activities equally.
The next step is to repeat this study with the dogs of Lisinopril. Daniell describes as follows: “We did this research and confirmed how beneficial ACE2 was, but I couldn’t do it because the activity was killed by all ACE inhibitors except Lishi Pril.” Ultimately, Daniel uses his plant capsule system to evaluate the benefits of human ACE2 treatment.
