outline
Providing additional exposure prevention (Prep) selection can help you choose how people prefer, so you can increase the overall absorption and effective preparation and HIV prevention.
In this guideline, we recommend Lenacapavir (LEN) that can be a long -term injection with additional HIV prevention as part of the combination HIV prevention approach. Len, which is managed twice a year with Prep, has been shown to be very effective in reducing the risk of HIV acquisition. In this guideline, it is recommended to use HIV fast diagnostic tests (RDTs) for long-term injection preparations such as LEN and long smoke injectable CABOTEGRAVIR (CAB-LA). The flexible HIV test approach is essential to ensure that the test is not barrier to access or sustained preparation, including the injectable options that last long lasting.
This guideline is a test for preparing for long -term injections and long -term injections to support member states, program managers, policymakers, researchers, health workers, community and other stakeholders in the implementation program for LEN. It also briefly explains the important research gap, including HIV’s own test for long -term injection preparation.
