St. Cloud VA clothesline project; Drug takeback day

Saturday, April 26, is the day of medication in St. Cloud VA at 9:00 am. Barry Venable of St. Cloud VA says the public can be safe and dismissed without using it. He drove to the first parking lot of the Medical Center building and suggests walking on the front door. Venable says there will be individuals to help you.

Sleep is important to all individuals and includes a veteran soldier. St. Cloud VA Recovery Coordinator Kristen Jurek joined Wjon with me. She says that she is recommended to sleep for 6-8 hours overnight. Jurek is St. Cloud VA indicates that there is an option to help Veterans who need help. She says they provide sorrow behavioral treatment for cognitive behavioral therapy and insomnia. Jurek explains that this includes changes in behavior to improve the quality of sleep. She also says she provides a narrative image rehearsal therapy for nightmares.
