Center Lake Fitness

Physical city prison
As a name for its hometown, Ship City Physique is one of the most comprehensive fitness centers found in Jackson.
Prison City, which offers PowerLifting equipment, heart machine and 25,000 pounds or more free weights, has some things for everyone.
Jackson’s 1708 S. Jackson St. The prison city physique is open from 9:00 pm on Monday to Friday, at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Members have 24 hours of access.
